We are seeking a G29-level product leader to own strategy, execution, and operational excellence for AI-enabled healthcare products that improve provider discovery, care navigation, member decisioning, and stakeholder trust. This role will translate ambiguous business opportunities into measurable product outcomes, lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, data science, operations, clinical, compliance, and business partners, and ensure solutions are explainable, scalable, auditable,



and aligned to enterprise priorities.
- What This Role Will Own
- Product vision, roadmap, and value narrative for one or more strategic product capabilities, platforms, or experience areas
- Problem of discovery, prospect sizing, prioritization, requirements definition, acceptance criteria, and release readiness for complex initiatives
- AI product practices including explainability, relevance measurement, guardrails, data quality, evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and responsible use controls
- Cross-functional execution across AIDLC / SDLC teams, TPMs, engineering leads, UX, analytics, clinical SMEs, compliance, legal, operations, and business stakeholders
- Outcome measurement through adoption, conversion, engagement, quality, operational efficiency, cost avoidance, member/provider satisfaction, and risk reduction metrics
