Job Title: Procurement Executive - Interior Projects

Location: A-5, Ground Floor, New Friends Colony, New Delhi
Experience: 2-5 Years
Industry: Interior Fit-out / Retail Interior / Commercial Interior

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for Interior & Fit-out projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers/vendors for project materials and services.
- Source materials including civil, interior finishes, furniture, MEP, fixtures, and project-related items.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Billing, and Site teams for material planning.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability at sites.
- Track procurement budgets and optimize project costs.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and contractors.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Handle supplier performance evaluation and issue resolution.

Required Skills:
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of Interior materials and market pricing
- Purchase planning and cost control
- ERP/Excel proficiency
- Communication and coordination skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Supply Chain / Procurement or related field

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Retail Interior, Commercial Fit-out, Workplace, or MEP projects preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
