About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for solar rooftop and solar energy solutions.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with project, technical, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports to management.




- Support marketing and promotional activities within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Solar Sales and Project Coordination.
- Robust understanding of solar products, rooftop solar systems, and project execution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the district.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Solar EPC or Renewable Energy Industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of solar project documentation and approvals.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
