Job Summary

The Prime Step Institute is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement & Corporate Relations Executive to manage student placements, build strong relationships with companies, and create new employment opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Identify and generate recent placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with companies for job openings, interviews, recruitment drives, and campus placements.
- Organize placement drives, interviews, career fairs, and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate between students and corporate recruiters throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and regularly update placement databases, company contacts, and student records.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview results, selections,



and joining status.
- Build long-term corporate partnerships with IT and non-IT companies.
- Support students with interview scheduling, resume sharing, and basic placement coordination.
- Achieve placement and corporate engagement targets.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to communicate professionally with HRs and corporate representatives.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- 0-2 years: Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills can apply.
