About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and support QA team members while remaining hands-on.
- Drive Manual, Automation, API, Regression, Integration, and Performance Testing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks, test plans, and test cases.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and other stakeholders.
- Identify quality risks, manage defects, and ensure successful product releases.
- Monitor quality metrics and continuously improve testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Robust expertise in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, and Performance Testing.




- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading both Manual and Automation QA teams of 5-7 members.
- Experience with automation frameworks and testing tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software architecture.
- Ability to understand code flow, business logic, and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence to raise risks, challenge assumptions, and drive quality improvements.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools is preferred.
- Good to have experience in E-commerce domain/projects.
