Responsibilities:
- Attend customers at the counter in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and vehicle/service complaints.
- Prepare bills and maintain records using Tally.
- Handle cash, UPI payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding customer work.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries.
- Maintain customer records and ensure smooth front-office operations.

Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word).
- Honest, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in a workshop, automobile, service center, or front office is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
- Tea & light refreshments (High Tea) will be provided by the company.

- काउंटर पर आने वाले ग्राहकों से विनम्रता और अच्छे व्यवहार से बात करना।
- ग्राहक की जरूरत और वाहन की समस्या को समझना।
- Tally में बिल बनाना और रिकॉर्ड संभालना।
- कैश, UPI पेमेंट, बिल और रसीद का हिसाब रखना।




- तकनीशियन (मैकेनिक) के साथ काम का समन्वय करना।
- फोन कॉल उठाना और ग्राहकों के सवालों का जवाब देना।
- ग्राहकों का रिकॉर्ड व्यवस्थित रखना और काउंटर का काम सुचारु रूप से संभालना।

आवश्यक योग्यता
- ग्राहकों से अच्छे से बात करने और उन्हें संभालने की क्षमता।
- Tally का बेसिक से इंटरमीडिएट ज्ञान आवश्यक है।
- कंप्यूटर का सामान्य ज्ञान (MS Excel/Word)।
- ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और सीखने की इच्छा रखने वाले।
- वर्कशॉप, ऑटोमोबाइल, सर्विस सेंटर या फ्रंट ऑफिस का अनुभव हो तो अच्छा है, लेकिन जरूरी नहीं है।

वेतन एवं सुविधाएँ
- वेतन: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव और योग्यता के अनुसार)।
- कंपनी द्वारा चाय और हल्का नाश्ता (High Tea) उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
