Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Scan and process returned products using barcode scanners and company software.
- Verify product details, quantity, and return reasons.
- Update return and inventory records accurately in the system.
- Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect items and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and quality control teams.
- Maintain daily return reports and documentation.
- Ensure proper sorting and storage of returned products.
- Follow company SOPs and inventory management procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
