Arcraft Infotech is looking for an experienced, result-driven, and customer-focused Senior Academic Counsellor to lead our admissions process, mentor junior counsellors, and contribute to business growth by converting prospective students into successful enrollments.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about training programs, internships, and placement opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/ERP system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Resolve concerns and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain the company's professional image.




- Prepare daily activity reports and submit regular sales updates.
- Stay updated on company courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- 0-2 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
