Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Assist in customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions and service performance.
- Support promotional campaigns and customer communication activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce,



Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, hospitality, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
