Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and support the sales team in achieving company goals. This role will involve designing marketing plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Operational tasks (Tasks which you are directly responsible for under guidance of Sr.Manager Sales & Marketing )

Obtaining customer feedback and monitoring & improving the Customer Satisfaction

Preparing Sales Order.

Make plans for the marketing and sales functions, implement and monitoring

Interpret and explain policies from top level management to lower level

Coordinating the activities within the department

Communicate important reports and other key data or conclusion to top level management

Day to day co-ordination with customers such as monthly schedule, urgent requirement, and quality feedback, dispatch plan, customer visit information, and monthly payment collection plan





Preparation of monthly dispatch schedule as per customer requirements

Discussing the customer complaints to Quality Manager & timely closing of the customer complaints

Monitoring & keeping record of customer or external provider supplied material and belonging properties

Maintaining marketing and sales related documents and records

*Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and competent authority.

Coordination tasks (tasks which you are not directly responsible for but accountable to ensure accomplishment of the same)

Enforce to complete planned work within period

participate in employment & training of lower level management

To provide necessary resources & infrastructure facilities required for marketing and sales
