Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain healthcare integration interfaces using Mirth (NextGen) Connect.
- Build and maintain message transformations, mappings, routing rules, filters, and channels within Mirth Connect.
- Collaborate with business users, implementation teams, and clients to gather integration requirements and deliver reliable interoperability solutions.
- Troubleshoot interface issues, monitor message processing, and resolve production incidents with mínimal downtime.
- Optimize Mirth Connect performance, scalability,



and reliability while ensuring secure healthcare data exchange.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability and security standards, including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, IHE, CCD, and CDA.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, deployment guides, and support documents.
- Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement of integration solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HL7 integration and Mirth (NextGen) Connect.
- Strong expertise in HL7 v2.x messaging, including ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, MDM, and other healthcare message types.
- Good understanding of FHIR resources and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience integrating EMR/EHR, HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, or other healthcare systems.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScri
