Hiring: Project Management (PMG) | Spark Minda

Spark Minda is looking for an experienced Project Management professional to join our team at our Starter Motor & Alternator Division, Bawal (Haryana).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new product development (NPD) projects from initiation to successful launch.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Supply Chain.
- Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Ensure timely execution of projects while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate customer requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive APQP activities and monitor project deliverables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.




- Experience in Project Management within the Automotive or Auto Components industry.
- Experience in Starter Motors, Alternators, or Rotating Electrical Products will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and NPD processes.
- Solid coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience: 8-15 Years
Location: Bawal, Haryana
