Roles & Responsibilities -

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance operations in our fast-paced eCommerce environment. The role involves handling core accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with GST/TDS regulations, and assisting in reporting and reconciliations using tools like Tally or Busy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Entries: Assist in recording financial transactions, including journal entries and other accounting tasks, into Tally/ Busy accounting software.
- General Ledger (GL) Reporting: Assist in maintaining and reviewing GL accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper classification of transactions.
- GST Reconciliation: Support periodic GST reconciliations between books, GSTR-2A/2B, and returns, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- TDS Reconciliation: Assist in the reconciliation of TDS deductions, challans, and returns to ensure accuracy and timely compliance.
- Vendor & Bank Reconciliation: Support monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts and bank statements, identify discrepancies,



and work toward resolution with the finance team.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic reports (e.g., expense summaries, payment status reports, tax reports) and Financial Statements to support informed financial decision-making.
- Record Tracking & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring proper filing and organization for future reference and audits.

Must Have -
- Educational Qualification: Semi-qualified CA (preferably), Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience of working with CA firms or in ecommerce setup for at least 2 years.
- Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and compliance processes (GST, TDS).
- Working knowledge of Tally, Busy, Excel,or similar accounting software.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
