Key Responsibilities
- Stitching, cutting, and supervising the production of ethnic wear garments such as lehengas, suits, kurtas, shararas, gowns, blouses, anarkalis, and Indo-western outfits.
- Taking measurements and ensuring perfect fittings and alterations.
- Understanding garment patterns, fabrics, embroidery placements, and finishing techniques.
- Managing tailoring processes and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinating with designers and clients to execute customized garments.
- Handling alterations and ensuring timely delivery of outfits.
- Maintaining neat finishing and premium craftsmanship in every garment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tailoring/master tailoring (Ethnic Wear preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Indian ethnic wear construction and fitting.




- Expertise in cutting, stitching, pattern understanding, alterations, and finishing.
- Ability to handle luxury or designer wear garments is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Team handling and workshop management experience preferred.

Salary: As per experience / Negotiable

Pay: ₹25,0000- ₹30,000
