Position Overview:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and supporting the finance team in maintaining the financial health of the organization. The role requires familiarity with manufacturing cost structures, inventory management, and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) entries. Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.

Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in preparing and analysing budgets and forecasts.

Cost Accounting:
Monitor and manage inventory accounts and assist in cost analysis related to manufacturing operations.



Ensure accurate recording of production costs, overhead, and raw materials.

Reconciliation and Compliance:
Perform bank reconciliations, supplier account reconciliations, and inventory reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Assist in internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and reports.

Payroll Processing:
Assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records.

ERP/Accounting Software:
Use accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) for data entry and financial management.

Documentation and Record-keeping:
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation in line with company policies.

Support Tasks:
Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requirements.
