Shift Timings - 12:00 PM IST - 9:00 PM IST

Working Days - 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads across the UK, US, and Canadian markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lead Generation for the UK, US,



and Canadian markets.
- Prior experience working with an Outsourcing/BPO/KPO company is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of B2B prospecting and sales pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, Healthcare, Travel, Solar, Accounting, Staffing, or Business Outsourcing lead generation.
- Experience in appointment setting and outbound sales campaigns.
