Qualification:
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Relevant experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and other production machines.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in CNC/VMC machines.
- Maintain electrical panels, drives, motors, sensors, PLCs, and control circuits.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure minimum downtime.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Carry out machine installation, wiring, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Support production team in resolving machine-related issues.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC and VMC machine electrical systems.
- Understanding of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Control Panels.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical safety standards.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
