About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager - B2B to drive business growth across the assigned region. The role will focus on building strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and project clients and generating B2B sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, and dealers.
- Regularly visit interior design and architectural firms to introduce the company's products and solutions.
- Generate new B2B leads through networking, references, market visits, exhibitions, and industry connections.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate projects.
- Present product ranges, samples, catalogues, pricing,



and technical information to clients.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, operations, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/ERP records.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Build long-term business partnerships and increase repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in interior products, flooring, wallpaper, artificial landscaping, building materials, or architectural products.
- Strong network among interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, and dealers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
