Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse

Reports To: NS / Nursing Incharge

Job Summary:
The Senior Staff Nurse provides high-quality patient care, supervises junior nursing staff, and ensures adherence to care standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and administer medications.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safe, effective care.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move patients.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
