Tresub Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and experienced Vice President - Sales & Marketing to lead business growth across our exhibitions, media platforms, and industry events. This is a leadership role for a highly motivated professional with strong industry connections, strategic sales expertise, and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Sales & Marketing
- Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Industry: B2B Media | Exhibitions | Solar & Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead exhibition stall sales, sponsorship sales, and media partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, industry leaders, and key stakeholders
- Identify recent business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Drive client acquisition and key account management
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets
- Strengthen brand visibility and market presence across industry platforms





Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven expertise in B2B sales and business development
- Client-focused and target-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of exhibitions, events, media, and renewable energy sectors
- Ability to build long-term business relationships and close high-value deals

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month

Qualification:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

Experience
5-15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Exhibitions, Events, Media Sales, Solar Industry, or related sectors

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
