Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food as per company recipes and SOPs.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Support the team during peak business hours.
- Follow instructions from the Kitchen Supervisor/Production Manager.

Required Skills:




- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications
- Minimum: 10th/12th Pass.
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, or food manufacturing unit.
