Responsibilities:

Main Purpose:
Job Accountabilities:
- Adhere to the HSE requirements stipulated by Company
- Prepare Inhouse conceptual, basic engineering and plot plan.
- Prepare scope of work for detail engineering consultant, construction constructor.
- Prepare budgetary cost estimates for engineering, material and construction.
- Review of engineering deliverables prepared by Engineering Consultant.
- Conducting 3D Model review and addressing interface issue.
- Technical Bid evaluation, MTO management and recommendation for placement of order of valves, piping bulks and fire water items.
- Review engineering documents prepared by Vendors along with Engineering Consultant.
- Engineering interface management, inter-disciplinary co-ordination for plot plan, equipment layout, equipment and packages.
- Vendor Management: document approval, expediting, inspection and despatch.
- Support Construction team in fabrication, erection,



testing by providing AFC drawings and material as per project schedule.
- Address field engineering issues and audit observations.
- Support O&M; in commissioning, testing, troubleshooting and steady state activities.
- Carryout root cause analysis for failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Implementation of lesson-learnt from the past projects and value engineering.
- Carryout on job training to the subordinates.Adhere to the values and behaviours stipulated by CompanyEducation Requirement:
Experience Requirement:
- Should have overall experience of 15 to 20 years in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical / CBM industry.Skills & Competencies:
- Should be well conversant with applicable piping codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, OISD etc)
- Should be conversant with PFDs, P&IDs;, process requirements, statutory requirements, plant safety requirements, operation and maintenance needs, constructability aspects, etc.
