Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks across departments without close supervision
- Assist with basic accounts and billing-related tasks
- Manage correspondence, filing, and report preparation
- Liaise with vendors, clients, or internal teams as required
- Proactively update management via phone on daily operations and flag issues promptly
- Take full ownership of day-to-day office operations and ensure timely task completion
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in back office, administration, or accounts support
- Freshers welcome.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and sound independent judgment
- Highly self-motivated and hardworking — comfortable working with mínimal on-site supervision
- Robust proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Trustworthy, dependable, and accountable, given the remote management structure
- Must be able to work full-time from the office location; remote/work-from-home is not available for this role
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Jamshedpur H O, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
