Job Summary

Bodhis Hair & Beauty is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and support business growth across multiple salon locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for salon services, memberships, retail products, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other digital channels.
- Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with videographers, designers, influencers, and marketing agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Improve website traffic, SEO performance, and online visibility.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, salon events, and promotional activities.




- Monitor online reviews and reputation management initiatives.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation, and Social Media Marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Beauty, Salon, Wellness, Retail, or Hospitality Industry.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools.
- Experience in influencer marketing and content strategy.
