Key Responsibilities
- Landscaping & Hardscaping: Execute high-quality landscape installations, grounds maintenance, and hardscape projects.
- Technical Trades: Utilize welding skills for custom metalwork, gates, or equipment repairs, and safely handle electrical installations for outdoor lighting, water features, and power systems.
- Labor Management: Organise, schedule, and supervise on-site labor and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and up to standard.




- Resource Coordination: Arrange materials, tools, and logistics needed for daily operations.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues on-site quickly and efficiently to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Landscaping Experience: Strong background in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or construction.
- Technical Skillset: Practical, hands-on experience or certification in welding and basic electrical work.
- Leadership Ability: Experience managing, engaging, and organizing teams or labor crews.
- Work Ethic: A high level of physical stamina, a "get-it-done" attitude, and a readiness to work hard under various weather conditions.
- Growth Mindset: Ambition to learn the business inside out and step into higher management roles as the company grows.
- Driver's License: A valid license (and ideally a clean driving record) to move between sites.
