Junior Architect

Location

One Lodha Place, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra

Working Days & Hours

Monday-Saturday | 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
Only the 4th Saturday is off.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and elevations
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Support the design development process from concept to construction documentation
- Prepare presentation drawings and client submission materials
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants during project development
- Conduct site visits and assist with site coordination when required
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, by-laws,



and project requirements
- Update drawings based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions
- Maintain proper project documentation and drawing records

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architecture or design firm
- Internship experience in architectural practice is preferred

Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory):
- Knowledge of SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools
- Working knowledge of Photoshop for presentations and rendering touch-ups
- Comfortable with MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint:
- Familiarity with AI tools for design and presentation support
- Proficiency with other presentation software as required
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and detailing:
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility
- Positive coordination and communication skills
