We are expanding our team at our Sakchi showroom and are looking for 3 dynamic, customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our family.

Job Summary

We are seeking polite, well-groomed, and motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers celebrate their special moments. This is an excellent opportunity for a fast learner to build a long-term career in luxury retail, with a clear path for growth in both salary and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Active Sales: Proactively greet and engage with all customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through our product range to close sales.
- Customer Service: Provide an exceptional and polite in-store experience.
- Stock & Display Management: Take full responsibility for your assigned counter,



including daily stock-taking, ensuring items are displayed attractively, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintain relationships with customers and conduct follow-ups regarding recent arrivals, special orders, or promotions on a case-by-case basis.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store-wide sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills(Must-Haves)
- Excellent Communication: Must be polite, well-spoken, and able to talk to customers confidently and professionally.
- Personal Aptitude: A professional and well-groomed appearance is mandatory.
- Attitude: A fast learner with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn about our products.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi is essential. Additional languages are plus.
- Experience: Prior retail sales experience is a plus, but freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
