About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones.
-Support project execution by coordinating activities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
-Track project progress and proactively identify potential delays.

Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate project resources, tasks, and information across teams.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
-Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and records.
-Ensure all project files and communications are properly documented and accessible.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define project
scope and objectives.
-Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and project issues.




-Escalate concerns appropriately and support the implementation of effective solutions.

Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to project teams.
-Manage project-related inquiries and assist in organizing meetings and follow-ups.

Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project
Management, or a related field.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or a similar role.
-Experience in the blockchain, Web3, SaaS, or technology sector is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
