Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager position based across multiple regions in India, including Rajasthan, Kolkata (West Bengal), Odisha, Punjab, South Kerala, Mumbai, and Himachal Pradesh.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Implant Genesis in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring current customers, managing existing accounts,



and building long-term relationships with dental professionals and distributors. This is a field-based, target-driven role suited to a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers, including dental clinics, hospitals, dental colleges, distributors, and procurement organizations.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promote and present Implant Genesis's complete portfolio of dental implant products and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and training sessions for dental professionals.
