A day in the life
Execute daily seller experience operations including proactive/reactive calling, escalation management, and rescue management
Monitor and drive seller experience metrics (FDPS, LSR, CR, DEA, FOPS, C2P) within the assigned seller cohort
Manage D+1 rescue operations, holiday management, and contingency management to ensure customer promise adherence
Conduct daily performance deep dives and implement corrective actions for underperforming sellers

About the team
The team manages External fulfillment channels for Amazon India.



The team is responsible for performance, cost, quality and speed metrics. The team is structured regionally as well has a central team of Program Managers who drive critical initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
