- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports for management review.
- Support HR operations including attendance, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for recent hires.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/plant preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination,



and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle hiring processes independently.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Location:Palghar, Kolgaon

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
