We are looking for a responsible and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations and staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper store presentation.
- Coordinate with management to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the store at all times.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in retail, supermarket, or store management is preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle customers effectively.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Location: Betul

Pay: ₹11,905.97 - ₹16,863.01 per month
