Core Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Conducting direct outreach, field visits, and localized campaigns within regions
- Counselling & Mentorship: Persuading individuals and parents on the benefits of education, vocational training, or social programs.
- Relationship Building: Acting as a bridge between target beneficiaries and organizations, local leaders, or employers.
- Retention Tracking: Ensuring participants actually enroll, attend, and complete the programs
- Esential Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Exceptional fluency in the local language, Hindi, Marathi and basic English to comfortably communicate with diverse demographics.
- Soft Skills: High levels of empathy, patience, and solid negotiation capabilities.
- Local Insight: Deep knowledge of the local geography, community structures, and regional culture.
- Background: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in outreach, teaching, counseling, or social work.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
