Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required time.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments for customer-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers regarding available options.
- Take customer feedback and share key feedback with the concerned department.
- Ensure timely follow-up until the customer's issue is completely resolved.




- Maintain a professional and polite relationship with customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports when required.
- Perform other customer-care-related activities assigned by management.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Good Gujarati and Hindi communication; basic English communication preferred.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

0-3 years of experience in Customer Care, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role preferred. Freshers can also apply.
