We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and disciplined Interior Site Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in interior execution. You will be our eyes and ears on the ground, responsible for managing daily site activities, supervising skilled labor (carpenters, electricians, painters, etc.), and ensuring that work is executed exactly according to the design drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Labor Supervision: Oversee and manage daily work schedules for in office laborers, technicians, and sub-contractors to ensure maximum productivity.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and accurately execute 2D interior drawings, layout markings, electrical/plumbing points, and modular woodwork designs.
- Material Management: Receive, verify, and safely store incoming materials on-site; track inventory and report shortages well in advance to prevent work stops.
- Quality & Progress Tracking: Monitor workmanship continuously to catch and correct mistakes early. Ensure the finishing quality meets the company's standards.




- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track work progress, and send detailed updates (including photos/videos of the site) to the Project Manager or Design Team.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the site is organized, free of hazards, and cleaned regularly. Maintain strict adherence to site safety protocols.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor specifically for interior fit-out, residential renovation, or commercial interior projects.
- Education: ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent practical field experience.
- Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient at reading and interpreting 2D technical layout drawings, measurements, and floor plans.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to manage local labor and coordinate effectively with designers and clients.
