- In this role, you will:
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of Credit teams and external clients, as well as cross-group administrative operations
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Loan Servicing functional area
- Perform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to Credit teams- Interact and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, and all levels of management, staff, and cross-business units
- Provide training to less experienced individuals
- Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
