Role Description

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate with the creative team.
- Monitor trends and create relevant, high-performing content.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Track performance and prepare social media reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Influencer teams on campaigns.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or design tools.
- Understanding of content strategy, engagement metrics, and social media trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
