Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple retail store execution projects across India simultaneously
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, procurement teams, site supervisors, and internal stakeholders
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, dimensions, BOQs, and technical documentation accurately
- Oversee site execution and track progress against timelines
- Handle procurement follow-ups, escalations, and execution bottlenecks proactively
- Provide regular reporting and updates directly to founders
- Coordinate with in office teams across different cities and ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify issues early and drive practical, solution-oriented outcomes

This role may NOT be suitable if you require constant supervision, struggle with follow-ups, cannot manage pressure,



or are uncomfortable handling multiple moving parts at once.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:
- Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
- Project management: 5 years (preferred)

Language:
- English (preferred)

License/Certification:
- CAPM (preferred)
