- Drives privacy and data protection impact assessments against business activity that involves personal information.
- Identifies privacy risks, leads resolution and the development of mitigation plans, and recommends safeguards and controls.
- Maintains understanding of organizations privacy and information protection policies, processes, controls, standard practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates the documentation of Privacy processes and improvements.
- Drives development of and manages Privacy risk management processes.
- Develops processes and coordinates response to privacy incidents.




- Develops privacy and data protection training and awareness materials for employees.
- Has a functional understanding about Indian laws and regulations on Personal Data Protection such as RBI Directions, Aadhaar Act, IT Act and Rules, and DPDPA.
- Certification such as DCPP, DCPLA, DPO, ISO 27701 LI/LA, CIPP/E, CIPM will be preferred.
