- Follow up with leads and customers
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Handle client queries politely
- Schedule meetings or appointments
Qualifications
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Convincing and polite speaking skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Minimum Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of experience preferred
- Full-time / Office-based
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
