Job Description - HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, New Delhi 110017

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
Age: 30-45 Years
Language: Odia language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports, appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Organize employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Support management in day-to-day HR operations.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication, interpersonal,



and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment across multiple departments and industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Odia language proficiency will be an added advantage.
