We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and guide cross-functional software teams in delivering high-quality products. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members on best practices, and leverage modern tools, including AI, to optimize delivery and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coach cross-functional software teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean,



and XP practices
- Build and maintain delivery dashboards using Agile metrics to track team performance
- Leverage AI tools and LLM-based productivity solutions to enhance team workflows
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus
- Align team objectives with PI Objectives and OKR frameworks
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize work effectively
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
- Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams using Secure principles
- Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and methodologies

Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional software teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent certification
- SAFe certification: SSM (SAFe Scrum Master) min
