Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of lifts.
- Ensure uninterrupted and protected operation of elevators.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
- Coordinate with lift vendors, contractors, and OEMs for repairs and AMC services.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and compliance documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians to achieve timely service completion.
- Attend emergency lift breakdowns and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections and recommend improvements to enhance lift performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lift/elevator maintenance.
- Knowledge of elevator control systems, motors, VFDs, sensors, and safety devices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot lift systems.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Experience
- 3+ years in lift maintenance (Residential/Commercial buildings preferred).
