- Determining the gaps between available and needed talent. Identify pipelines that are at risk.
- Build the strategy for developing and acquiring the talent to fill those gaps and mitigate pipeline risks.
- Build a comprehensive workforce plan and adopt a data-driven recruiting strategy to deliver on that plan.
- Executing, monitoring, and refining pipeline strategies. Track Promotion and Turnover Rates. Set the measurements to benchmark success.
