We have an immediate requirement for Head Mistress for Grade 3 to 6 for our prestigious school.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Birla school is looking for energetic person.
- Ensuring proper overall working and managing the school. Bridging link between school and Head Office.
- Responsible for planning and conducting trainings and Teacher Support Round and making their reports for the assigned schools.
- Managing all academic, administrative queries of the school. Conducting Parent interactive sessions and making reports.
- Teacher recruitment for the school via telephonic or face to face interviews.
- Training the staff and support staff of the school
- Responsible for increasing the occupancy of the school by organising the events / activities for the schools to increase their footfall and help them getting more inquiries.
- Conducting School Audits and making reports.
- Creating training content and modules for teachers.




- To be present and working towards special events such as Annual Day, Sports Day, etc.
- Should be as a team player and excellent problem solver.
- Excellent oratory skills and public speaking.
- Open minded and ready to learn new academic leadership skills to lead.
- A hard task master and implementer to understand the whole academic plan under the guidance of the principal.
- Effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils for the whole school.
- Monitoring teacher's performance as well as effectiveness in teaching.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the programmer to inform future planning and resource needs.
- Developing/monitoring the profile of their Subject within school by identifying possible training needs.
- This may involve workshops, coordinating the use of outside expertise, leading discussion at school INSET/meetings.
- Maintaining the Subject resources and reading recent, relevant publications liaisin
