Ecommtail is a growing e-commerce company with multiple D2C brands under one umbrella, including premium mobile phone accessories, jewellery, and fashion & lifestyle products. We’re looking for a Marketplace & Operations Executive who can take complete ownership of our marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has prior marketplace experience and is comfortable working independently. Since we’re currently building our marketplace operations, you will be the primary person responsible for managing and growing this function.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms:
- Create and optimize product listings, inventory, pricing, and catalogue management
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and marketplace performance
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers, agencies, and internal teams when required
- Track sales, inventory, and operational reports using Excel / Google Sheets




- Identify and resolve marketplace-related issues proactively
- Handle customer support and operational coordination related to marketplace orders
- Help build structured processes and systems for marketplace operations from the ground up

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketplace operations:
- Robust working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar marketplace platforms
- Experience managing listings, inventory, pricing, order processing, and marketplace coordination independently
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets:
- Strong ownership, follow-up skills, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a D2C or e-commerce brand is preferred
