Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller / CRM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make 50-60 outbound calls every day to prospective property buyers.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and purchase timeline.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine buyers.
- Categorize leads into:
- Hot Leads (Ready to Buy)
- Warm Leads (Interested)
- Cold Leads (Future Prospects)
- Fake/Invalid Leads
- No Response / Follow-up Required
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database with complete call notes.
- Schedule follow-up calls and ensure timely communication with interested customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads for site visits and further discussions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Ensure no lead is missed by following the defined follow-up process.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead qualification targets.




- Provide customer feedback and market insights to help improve marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:
- Valuable verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections professionally.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualification
- Any Graduate (Preferred but not mandatory).

Performance Expectations
- 50-60 quality calls per day.
- Accurate lead classification and documentation.
- Timely follow-up with prospective buyers.
- High-quality customer interactions and relationship management.
- Consistent contribution of qualified leads to the sales team.
