Key Responsibilities
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Coordinate with content, design, and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Manage marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign tracking.
