Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support our technical sales team. Your core responsibility will be to prepare accurate quotations, qualified proposals and project documentation that help our sales team close projects faster and more effectively.

This is an office-based support role that sits at the heart of our sales process. You will work directly with Sales Heads and the Managing Partner, handling the technical and documentation side of every project enquiry — from initial BOQ preparation to final proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quotation & Proposal Preparation
- Prepare accurate and professional lighting quotations based on project requirements shared by the sales team
- Build detailed Bills of Quantity (BOQ) with correct product codes, specifications, quantities and pricing
- Create customised project proposals and presentations for architects, designers and developers
- Ensure all quotations are submitted within defined timelines to support the sales team's follow-up cycle

Technical Documentation Support
- Compile product datasheets, technical specifications and compliance documents for project submissions
- Prepare lighting schedules and product selection summaries based on project briefs
- Coordinate with the warehouse and product teams to confirm stock availability and lead times before quoting
- Maintain an updated master pricing sheet across all product lines — Hrisha, Mirakle and Quiklit

3. CRM & Enquiry Management
- Log all incoming enquiries, quotations sent and revision requests in the internal ERP / tracking system
- Track the status of all open quotations and flag pending follow-ups to the respective sales executive
- Maintain a clean and organised record of all project files, revisions and correspondence

4. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise between the sales team, product team and logistics to ensure smooth pre-sales workflow
