Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Education ERP and Government ERP solutions.
- Leverage existing connections with schools, colleges, universities, educational trusts, government departments, and public sector organizations.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings (virtual and onsite when required).
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Vice Chancellors, Registrars, Principals, Directors, Trustees, Education Boards, Government Officials, and Procurement Teams.
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, GeM opportunities,



and institutional procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills:
- 7-11 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or IT Solution Sales.
- Mandatory experience selling ERP/SaaS solutions to:
- Schools
- Colleges
- Universities
- Educational Groups
- Government Departments/Public Sector Organizations
- Strong network and established relationships within the education sector or government ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling institutional sales and enterprise clients.
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and business development activities whenever required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
